Who you are buying from

Minute Ledger is a trading name of RG EXTENSIONS HAIR SL, CIF B44763894, Calle General Pardiñas 26, 28001 Madrid, Spain. These terms are an agreement between you and that company.

What you are buying

When you buy the Rental Property Tracker you get a licence to use the file for your own record-keeping, on as many of your own devices as you like, for as long as you like. One purchase covers one person or one business.

What you may not do

You may not resell, redistribute, share or publish the file, or offer it as your own product, in whole or in part.

Not tax advice

The Rental Property Tracker is a record-keeping tool. Its line items follow Schedule E, Part I (IRS Form 1040), but it does not give tax advice and it is not a substitute for a tax preparer. Check your totals before you file.

Refunds

Thirty days, no questions asked. See our refund policy for how to ask for one.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page on the day of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
